When it comes to our wine cellar, we deeply believe in quality over quantity. This is why we’ve prepared a unique selection of premium wines from Croatian vineyards with a deep-rooted history of winemaking.

Explore wide palette of indigenous wines that shape the country’s oenological identity. This includes the famous southern Dalmatia strong red wines Plavac mali and Dingač from the vineyards of Pelješac peninsula’s hills, which are available as Palazzo Vimbula’s house wines. Along with them you can choose between a variety of Dalmatian fine wines produced by recognized winemakers, including premium wines aged under the sea for 2 years in Greek styled amphora.

Our wine cellar will also take you to a journey around other Croatian regions with the highly valued indigenous varieties. This includes The Blue Frankish (Frankovka in Croatian), a red grape variety, and Italian Riesling (Graševina in Croatian), a white grape variety from Slavonia. Make sure not to miss Istrian Malvasia, which got its name from the largest peninsula in Croatia, considered to be an indigenous Istrian wine variety.
